The people here
You will be in good company
This is us, by the pool at the finca. Psychologists, a doctor, a nurse, a massage therapist, a yoga teacher and a personal trainer — a small team who have worked together for years, and who will know you by name from the first morning.

Is it burnout?
Exhausted, depleted and without motivation. The signs worth taking seriously — before they take over.

Our approach
How the Vida Libre programme helps you find your way back to yourself, at your own pace.

One-to-one coaching
We take no more than four guests at a time, which is what makes the coaching this intensive.
Vida Libre
Burnout prevention and recovery in a Mediterranean setting
Our project has been running in Mallorca since 2007 — nearly two decades in which we have been able to help a great many people. Guests come to us from across Europe, and increasingly from the UK and the United States; the whole programme runs in English whenever that is what you need.
We take our guests exactly as they are and walk alongside them on the path that is right for them. A large proportion of the people who come to us are self-employed or carry senior responsibility, and have quietly run themselves into the ground.

Spotting the signals
How do you know it is burnout?
Exhaustion, no strength left, no motivation. These are typical signs of burnout — and you do not have to wait until the state becomes permanent before doing something about it.
